Knowing that someone is listening is an essential part of any conversation. At WoWW, we decided to implement this thinking into our Check-ins. This little feature has a lot of power to recognize all the feedback someone has given and act on it.

How to acknowledge:

Selected users who have access to these comments have the option to respond to each feedback.

The employee providing feedback receives an email notification when a manager responds to their feedback.

‍

Importnat:

• Once a manager has added a comment, the action cannot be undone.
• Employees can respond when a manager initiates a conversation.
• An employee who responds to a manager's feedback will reveal their identity. The response to the manager's e-mail is solely at the discretion of the employee.
