Feel free to change your password for security reasons or reset it in case you accidentally forget it.

Change your password:

1. Open you mobile app
2. In the upper left corner, tap your avatar
3. Select the section - Change password
4. Enter your password as instructed
5. When you're satisfied, tap Update my password

Tip: When you enter your password on mobile, the first letter isn't case sensitive.


Reset your password:

If you are logged out and do not remember your password, this is a forgotten password option. Use the following steps to reset your password.

1. On the login page, under the password entry, click on the option - Forgot a password
2. If prompted, enter your registration/work email
3. Press send
4. See your email for instructions.
5. Click/tap the change password link in the email
6. Setup your new password
7. When you're satisfied, click/tap Set new password
