At WoWW, we prioritise the confidentiality of employee feedback. Employees receive email notifications when a manager responds to a comment. These notifications allow them to see which manager provided the response. Their identities are still anonymous. When an employee wishes to open their anonymity, they can reply to a manager's comment/email.
